Establishment of mid-to-long-term visions and goals for the company through internal and external environmental analyses; conducting of periodical analyses of management performance and status; and establishment of appropriate countermeasures
Type of Work
- Business plan review and profit/loss simulation
- Analysis of contracts won, sales, and profits/losses by each business division and relevant updates
- Review of profits/losses related to various projects
- Control and coordination of budgeting for different business divisions
- Creation of criteria for estimated cost sheet
- Analysis of usage performance and comparison of actual and estimated costs
