- Practicing of accounting in accordance with corporate accounting standards, tax laws, and management policies
- Establishment of a fund balance plan in accordance with domestic and international economic trends and prospects
- Management of funds in accordance with funding and operation plans
- Swift provision of financial information to internal and external information users
- Cost analysis and settlement
- Operation of an internal control system and response to external audits
