Field sketch of Philoptics’ booth at IMID 2021The Korea Display Industry Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as \"IMID\"), the largest display exhibition in Korea, was held at COEX in Seoul for three days from the 25th. Introduction to Philoptics Research FacilityPhiloptics has been busy building state-of-the-art research facilities in its newly relocated Osan building. Today, I would like to introduce a research facility where the future of Philoptics begins.Philoptics\' research facility maintains a cleanness level of 10K class, so you must go through the air shower section wearing a dustproof gown before enter it.You can see the labs lined up in a long white hallway.The first place is the laser lab, which covers the largest area. We are conducting a test to cut and patterning materials using laser micromachining technology. Foldable display processing technology, which is drawing attention as a next-generation display, was also created here. I\'ve only been using the products that using these so far, but by visiting at this time I could feel Philoptics\' amazing technology firsthand.The next laboratory has a very different atmosphere than before that using a yellow light that contrasts with the white hallway. This is because we are testing Exposure equipment that forms fine patterns with light-responsive sensitive materials. To minimize unnecessary reactions, yellow color is used to minimize human eye fatigue in the wavelength region of light where the sensitizing material does not react.Entering the 3D laboratory, you can see the main body size equipment placed side by side with the monitor. It\'s a place where you can inspect various samples such as displays and semiconductors. When a sample put on the equipment, the results will be provided in the form of 3D through the connected monitor so you can check easily the status of the sample by rotating with the mouse.You also can see the huge equipment as well. It is semiconductor equipment for entering new markets and Philoptics are high-power large line beam optics that have recently succeeded in localization.As you can see, we are continuing to invest actively for future growth based on our business diversification strategy and differentiated technology.In particular, we have been recognized for our technical skills by localizing high-power large line beam optical systems that require reliability in mass production with 100% pure technology.As mentioned earlier, Philoptics has the infrastructure to design, develop, and produce all of its products on its ownand has the high level of technology to meet customer needs through customized production.Please show a lot of interest and support for what Philoptics will show in the future.

Introduction to Manufacturing FacilitiesPhiloptics has established a large-scale production line by relocating to Osan building. The largest area is to Clean Room.The clean room is where with constant temperature and humidity control and minimizes dust generation and inflow to maintain extreme cleanliness. As the process becomes finer and particles are blamed for many defects, the importance of clean rooms is growing.In order to enter the clean room, you must go through the Smock room. This is for minimize the inflow of dust into the clean room by changing dustproof clothes and dustproof shoes in the smak room and taking an air shower. According to the admission policy, clothes and shoes worn from outside were stored in a separate space.You have to follow one more procedure before changing into a dustproof suit.It is a quarantine and security procedure to prevent the spread of COVID-19. You can follow the instructions of the security staff after measure teamperature with a thermometer placed at the entrance and make a list of visitors.Now wear dustproof clothes, dustproof shoes, hair caps, PVC gloves, etc in turn. There were no difficulty wearing it because manuals were arranged throughout the smak room.When all preparations are completed, you can enter the clean room after a 30-second air shower. These procedure may feel inconvenient. However, Philoptics maintains a cleanliness level of 10-1K class through thorough management.When you enter the clean room, there are a lot of equipment filling up the 10,000㎡ space.Looking at the state-of-the-art facilities and hard workers in a wide space, I look forward to the bright future of Philoptics.

Introduction to the incidental facilities of Philoptics Osan buildingHello, we are Philoptics. We would like to introduce Philoptics\' internal facilities for those who were curious since we moved to Osan in January.As soon as you enter the lobby on the first floor, the phrase \"Light the future\" welcomes you. It is a newly announced Philoptics slogan to mark the 13th anniversary of its foundation. It contains our will to create a better world based on \"optical technology.\"On the left side of the elevator, there is a cafeteria for Philoptics employees. It\'s a place where you can talk and drink coffee with your colleagues during the intermission or lunch time.Rest areas for employees are also located next to the office space on each floor.These show that we care deeply about employee welfare.If you follow the corridor that leads to the rest areas, you will see conference rooms where departmental meetings and meetings with external customers are held.The auditorium can accommodate up to 400 people, and it holds in-house events such as employee training and founding ceremony.When you go down to the basement, the smell of freshly cooked rice catches your sense of smell. It is an in-house restaurant that responsible for three meals a day of employees. There are 300 seats available so you can eat without waiting.We also have indoor sports facilities to improve employees\' health as well. It has a shower facility, so you can use it comfortably.The history of Philoptics can be seen at a glance through the historical wall located in one space of the office.
